About Us

Randy and Mary Wood are both Master Cruise Counselors and have been in the cruise sales business in Little Rock, Arkansas, for 19 years and have now added an office in Bentonville, Arkansas.  We have been on more than 90 cruises and have inspected and toured more than 250 ships.  We have a large base of very happy customers and are very familiar with the different ports of call around the world, which enables us to give excellent service and assistance in planning your perfect cruise vacation.  We have two other agents working with us, Evon Levisee in Little Rock and Cindy Galindo in Benton. Evon is a very experienced cruiser and Cindy is new to the business but is a real asset to our office. Both are extremely helpful and capable.  We are members of the Cruise Planners Top Producers Club, Agent of the Year for Norwegian Cruise Line in 2001, and members of Who's Who National Directory of Executives and Professionals.  We have customers in almost every state in the United States and in Canada, Panama, England and Switzerland.  We are open 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Central time, year around, except for national holidays, and look forward to helping our friends and customers in every possible way.  Please call us at  271-4121 in the local Bentonville area, 455-1110 in the immediate Little Rock area or 1-800-403-5269 outside Bentonville and Little Rock calling areas nationwide.  If you cannot reach our 800 number from outside Little Rock, please call us collect at 501-455-1110, and we will accept your call or call you back.  We have 24-hour answering service; so please leave your number if you reach our machine, which usually means we are on another line, and we will call you back promptly.  If you don't hear back within 24 hours, please call again, as we probably didn't get your message.
